On Arrival of Materials
Our materials are 100% from Taiwan.
On arrival of materials, we will use metal spectrometer and handheld analyzer to examine composition and then classify the materials.

Processing (Solids)
Taking the composition and shape of materials into account, we can use appropriate machines or equipment to do processing in accordance with clients' needs.
Shearing machine
Shearing machines can cut large plate-shaped and long rod-shaped materials into small plates, which is convenient for subsequent processing and packaging.
Horizontal band sawing machine
When a material is a long cylinder, we use horizontal band sawing machine to saw it into a short cylinder.
Sandblasting machine
After all materials are cut, we will use sandblasting machine to do surface treatment in order to remove surface dirt.

Turning scrap from CNC factories will be crushed into pieces by Shredder, and then its oil stains will be removed to make the finished product without oil stains.

Fields of Application
